Phi Ta Khon, a tradition based on religion and family, is deeply rooted within the isan Thai tradition. This is the first Phi Ta Khon event since the pandemic hit. I'm very grateful to be able to shoot the behind the scenes of the famous Phi Ta Khon parade at Dan Sai district. Seeing families and friend having fun together; the novice monks running around the festival-themed-temple for this very special 3-day event once a year. This is documenting one of Thailand's oldest tradition.
